Comfort Rubber Gloves has achieved 100% compliance for all parameters of industrial effluent analysis with Standard B under the fifth and seventh schedules of the Environmental Quality Industrial Effluent Regulations 2009.
Some of our efforts to reduce environmental footprints and reduce carbon emission are as follows.
To reduce energy consumption and use renewable energy, we installed solar systems and also converted to energy-efficient lighting and energy-saving equipment. To reduce usage of river water and reliance on municipal water, we harvest rainwater at our dormitory for non-potable purposes.
To reduce environmental impact, we further enhance our waste management systems, which include air pollution, e-waste, and waste water sludge.
Among our workforce, we maintain an Environmental Responsibility Program to instill care for the environment through a concerted effort.
