Our corporate responsibility initiatives are about bringing positive impact to the lives and welfare of our communities.
We have carried out many community aid programs and assisted hundreds of households in need. Other programs include clothes donation drive and the Ring Pull campaign to make prosthetic limbs and joints.
As part of the back-to-school program, we have also donated school essentials to ease the families' burden and donated reading materials to schools as well
Our People, Our Asset, Our Future
Our people are our prime asset and future, and we believe in continuous development and training. We have conducted many hours of training in road safety, forklift training, management training, first aid training, and noise awareness training, among others.
But we are also a firm believer that more continuous training is required to build a passionate, motivated, and cohesive workforce for the company’s future higher performance growth and sustainability.

Comfort Rubber Gloves is a strong advocate for human rights and complies with Malaysian labour laws and international standards. Comfort Rubber Gloves adhere to SMETA 4-Pillar High Quality Social Audit Standards.
The audits comprise labour standards, which include but are not limited to freedom of employment, wages, and benefits, and no harsh or inhuman treatment. Its 2nd pillar is on Health & Safety of the working environment to prevent accidents and injury to health. Protecting the environment through compliance with local and international environmental laws is also one of the pillars.
